Professional career

Graduate in Statistic (University of Granada, Spain). Researcher in the  public health area of the Andalusian School of Public Health (Granada, Spain). Today is a doctorate student at the line of research in statistics, applied economics and health: geographical statistic. Within this line of work she has developed multiple projects related to the geographical distribution of mortality in small areas and its relationship to socio-economic indicators. Among her most important publications are the Interactive Atlas of Mortality in Andalusia AIMA 1981-2006 and various scientific articles in international and national journals.
